On 5 February 2024, RUAG met with three representatives of IBM Consulting in Emmen. The aim of the meeting was to discuss the topic of "risk management in projects". RUAG was able to benefit from insights into conceptual risk identification and risk management approaches, which will be incorporated into its own project management, providing new impetus. This exchange was made possible thanks to the "Community of Practice" platform. Created by Derek Kotara, from the Project and Products department at RUAG, the platform is a community that affords large companies the opportunity to engage in discussion with other large companies on a variety of topics and share their knowledge and experience.
